Blue Wings 2020 exercise
In august 2020 six Israeli Air Force (IAF) F-16C/D “Barak” fighter jets deployed to Germany for the first time in history. Nörvenich air base was the host for the Blue Wings 2020 exercise. The Baraks were supported by two Boeing 707 „Re’em“ transport/tanker aircraft an two Gulfstreams (an AEW and a SIGINT aircraft).
